Using this website

The information on this website is general. It describes the kinds of underground utility work we do; it is not advice for a particular site and not an offer. Please do not misuse the website, for example by sending false requests, by trying to get into areas that are not public, or by loading it so heavily that it slows down for others.

Quotes are estimates

Sending a quote request does not create a contract. Any price, schedule or scope we give you before a contract is an estimate. Nothing is binding on you or on us until both sides sign a written contract for the work.

Where we work

We accept requests for work in the states listed on this website. A state, city or service shown on the website does not mean that we can take on work at a specific location or on a specific date. We confirm that for each job.

How we contact you

When you send a quote request, you agree that we may contact you by phone or email about that request. We do not send text messages, and the form has no text-message option. Calls are not recorded.

Limitation of liability

The website is provided as it is. To the fullest extent the law allows, Blackstone Utilities is not liable for any loss that results from using or relying on the general information on this website, or from the website being unavailable. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that the law does not allow to be limited. Work we carry out is governed by its written contract.
