About Blackstone Utilities
Blackstone Utilities is an underground utility contractor founded in 2013 and headquartered in Huntley, Illinois. Fiber optic installation leads our work, for broadband providers and residential neighborhoods, alongside underground power, water and sewer lines, hydro vacuum services, excavation and emergency repair across the Midwest and Southeast.
What we do
We build fiber networks, aerial and underground, and the buried lines that carry power, water, wastewater and stormwater: conduit and duct bank, water mains and service lines, sanitary sewers and laterals, and storm sewers. Since 2013, we have completed 170+ projects.
We work for fiber providers and the prime contractors who build their networks, commercial owners and general contractors, public agencies, and homeowners and residential developers.
